- Designed and implemented all Conference Center Standard Operating Procedures to help increase sales, build service experience, and retain clients. Project resulted in nearly 30 new SOPs to support the business and property management.
- Defined New Hire Training strategy and tactical execution for restaurant and bar staff. Implemented customized training guides that require supervisor sign-off, validating that the new hire can do the job to the standard.

- Built a new training workshop for Event Management that focuses on Food and Wine Knowledge.
- Workshop focuses on creativity, sales skills, overcoming objections, food knowledge, wine pairings, menu design and layout and service implications of menu designs.
- Workshop is facilitator-led, but highly interactive and fast-paced.
- Facilitator Guide includes all supporting documents and audio-visual aides necessary to conduct the workshop.

- Designed "Introduction to Exceptional Hospitality" workshop to illustrate and visualize what great hospitality looks like - and how it can be transferred from the workshop to any real-world situation.
- Workshop complemented Mercedes-Benz's rollout of new hospitality skills for use in showrooms nationwide.
